How do I add email sender ID's to MonkeyPesa

Email sender ID's allow you to send emails to contacts inside the MonkeyPesa CRM from your custom domain. For example in case you wanted to send emails inside the MonkeyPesa CRM using
This is how you go about setting up email senders:
  1. Go to the settings then select Email sender ID's or follow the link 
  2. If your domain is already validated click the Add email sender ID button if not then first go and verify the DNS via
  3. Fill in the name, email and select is default sender
  4. Upon completion, the email sender will be available for you to send emails with the  new company emails added.
PS: You can only add email ID's for valid company domains owned by you
